How OG Coaching uses your information.

OG Coaching collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, understand coaching goals and assess whether a requested service is suitable.

What is collected in coaching practice

A consultation request contains your name, email address, phone number and coaching interest. If you complete the secure consultation form, it may also contain information about your goals, training, lifestyle, availability, preferences and health screening, helping OG Coaching understand the person, your goals and broader life context to create suitable coaching support.

Why it is used

Your information is used to respond to your request, arrange a consultation, assess whether a requested service is suitable, and plan appropriate coaching while taking relevant safety information into account. Health-screening information is collected only after you give explicit consent. Consultation request details are also used to send the requested secure form and related service emails.

Storage and retention

Website consultation requests and completed consultation forms are stored in OG Coaching's protected admin system. The system is set to delete these records after 90 days, unless they are deleted sooner. Secure consultation links also expire after 90 days. This describes the website form system; any records needed to provide ongoing coaching are handled as part of the coaching service and its relevant providers.

Service providers

OG Coaching uses providers to host this website and its database, send transactional emails, and deliver online coaching services. Information is shared with them only as needed to provide the service, respond to an enquiry, or meet a legal obligation. Their own privacy terms may also apply when you use their services.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete information held by OG Coaching by contacting us. Where health information is requested in the consultation form, it is submitted only after you give explicit consent. You can withdraw that consent or raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
