How OG Coaching uses your information.

OG Coaching collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, understand coaching goals and assess whether a requested service is suitable.

What is collected

A consultation request contains your name, email address, phone number and coaching interest. If you complete the secure consultation form, it may also contain information about your goals, training, lifestyle, availability, preferences and health screening.

Why it is used

Your information is used to respond to your request, arrange a consultation, plan appropriate coaching and help protect your safety. Health-screening information is processed only with your explicit consent. It is not used for automated decision-making or unrelated marketing.

Storage and retention

Consultation requests and completed forms are stored securely for up to 90 days, unless they are deleted sooner from the protected admin area. Information may be retained separately where it is needed to provide an agreed coaching service or meet a legal obligation.

Service providers

OG Coaching uses trusted providers for website hosting, database storage and transactional email. Information is shared only where necessary to operate these services, respond to an enquiry or comply with the law.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent for health information, by contacting OG Coaching. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
